I personally don't want to be sick, so over the years, I learned how to take care of my self through this preventive measures courtesy of my nursing school education and hospital experience.
- WATER. Drink a lot of water. In grade school, we were taught to drink 8-10 glasses of water, but right now it depends on your weight. Even you are just staying in your air-conditioned offices or cubicles, you NEED to drink WATER. I repeat drink WATER. It is the perfect weapon to combat dehydration, that causes head aches, coughs and colds.
- EAT FRUITS RICH IN VITAMIN C. Do I need to say more, fine, I need to,I need to use my gift of gab for the better of mankind. Fruits that are rich in vitamin c are the following, Oranges, papayas, guavas, mangoes, banana.
- MEGA DOSE OF VITAMIN C. There are a lot of vitamin supplements that can help you boost your immune system. Well right now, I am taking Fern C..so pick your choice.
